A customs declaration is a formal statement made for the purpose of importation or exportation in the form and manner prescribed under Cambodian Customs Law.
All imported and exported goods (whether or not exempt from duties and taxes) must be the subject of a customs declaration.
The Single Administrative Document (SAD) is the standard declaration form, unless otherwise authorized.
