Advance rulings may be requested for decisions related to:

• Tariff Classification (HS Code)

• Rules of Origin

• Customs Valuation

• Other customs matters as determined by GDCE

The ruling applies only to:

• Goods described in the application

• The applicant named in the ruling

• Conditions stated in the decision
